We provide professional mobile phone repair service, we will pick up your faulty phone for repair. When your phone is fixed, we will deliver back to you.
Pick up Service:
It costs only $25 (pick up and return to owner)
North Shore area only (e.g. from Birkenhead up to Browns Bay). Please call or text if you have any query.
Our professional drivers will pick up your iPhone, PDA or mobile phone at your confirmed address (office or your home).
Please make sure you will be there when our pick up team show up at your office or home at the precise pick up time.
Do remember to pay $25 cash to the pick up driver (Verification: he will have your name, phone number and address)
Owner must get ready the Service Request Form, filled up with your details, faults about your phone.
You need to place booking with our pick up team in advance.
If you phone suffer from water damage, it will have more chance of being repaired if delivered to the repair centre at the shorted time possible.
Normal phone inspection will take one to two days (excluding shipping time).
For example, to unlock your mobile phone to be used in New Zealand, we will pick up your phone on Monday and return it on the next day when it is unlock (unless special codes need to be purchased or lead time required for unlocking process).
Do kindly plan your phone repair schedule ahead of time. Picking up your phone is the first stage of the process then followed by:
(1) Detail assessment and inspection
(2) Confirmation and consent of repair
(3) Make payment for repair cost
(4) Phone delivered back to you.

WATER DAMAGE PHONES
You water damaged phone might be terminated (mean dead or totally malfunction) as a result of liquid damage. The data in the phone might be lost at that stage and could not be retrieved. This pre-existing damage/fault HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH our professional driver, the mobile phone repair centre, the Management and its employees.
NETWORK UNLOCK
You must declare any known or pre-existing fault (like dead digitizer, power on, camera's function, charging capability, keypad or trackball function).
